On our way to a show and stopped in for a bite ahead of time. There is an easy ordering option via a kiosk or you can do so via a human. I opted for the human, who was friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is a little tight in terms of space to sit and enjoy your meal but the dining area was clean and comfortable. The food was very good and the portion sizes were plentiful. Great experience all the way around!
Times Square, open late which is nice! Good service and fine food! Slapping burger, great shake. Weirdly the French toast sandwich was kinda bussin Love it
It was a tall order to find something filling and quick right in the Broadway area that wasn't going to be 1) crappy street food 2) overcrowded with deathly numbers of tourists or 3) overpriced or long wait. So lucky to stumble on this place--well made mushroom swiss burger that was juicy and dripping, ample fries that were fresh, and open seats to sit and enjoy, unlimited soda machine. Efficient service and busy kitchen. Yes not the healthiest meal but a nice filling splurge that hit the spot so I could move on to my 3 hour show and not starve or regret my dining choices. The price is still a bit high but so is everything in this area of town, no getting away from it. A cookie for the road fed me through halftime at Cabaret (I did not want to pay $100 for the show food).
Absolutely loved this place! Came here for a celebratory birthday lunch for my wife, along with her family visiting from Los Angeles! As you can see, the food was abundantly portioned (you get your monies worth!) AND the great taste was just as big! The hamburgers were juicy, and my father-in-law said afterwards, "You need to try the gyro. It was really good." It was busy, but the staff were attentive through and through, asking if there were any questions to anyone looking like they needed assistance; usually you have to find someone to help, not here! They're ready! Loved the open window/outdoor ambiance too. The tables were clean and anytime someone was finished, they were immediately cleaned for the next party! Truly a gem of a find, and can't wait to go back and try their other items (their menu had so much to choose from)!
Strolled into Burger Man from the pouring rain for my weekly Burger fix. Yes, it's is tourist central but extreme circumstances required extreme measures. The service was very friendly and service was quick . Jeez Louise , my bill was close to $30 but that's NY. I ordered the double cheeseburger and small fry . Fries were on point with a delightful crispiness and the burger was quite good as well . I was a satisfied customer despite the financial damage . Thansk Burgerman !
